At Franchise Beauty, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and international orders.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Note that the time in transit does not include order processing time before shipment. Once orders are placed and shipped, they are finalized, and products are not able to be edited or changed.

Please double-check your information when inputting the order’s billing and shipping address at checkout. We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. Franchise Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your package ships.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

After orders have been shipped to the post office, they are under the responsibility of USPS. Franchise Beauty is not liable for any stolen, or lost packages. Please fill out a claim at USPS.com so that USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. You can also contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 for postal service issues that may occur.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Franchise Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tacking number. (USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 for postal service issues that may occur.)

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shopfranchisebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product.
